摘要
化工企业在生产经营的各环节中广泛出现危险化学品,特别是易燃液体。在易燃液体相关的化工生产经营过程中普遍存在着静电累积后放电,形成引火源的风险;常见的操作如化工企业的车辆运输、化工管道输送、槽车装卸、化学反应的容器作业、搅拌、混合、浸润、过滤、真空操作、清洗、储存等都可能产生静电累积;当累积的静电量足够大且存在放电间隙,就可能发生静电释放,提供点火能量,引起火灾或爆炸。本文对当前如何解决这些问题进行了论述。
Hazardous chemicals,especially flammable liquids,are widely found in all links of production and operation in chemical enterprises.In the process of chemical production and operation related to flammable liquids,there is a common risk of electrostatic accumulation and discharge,forming an ignition source;Common operations,such as vehicle transportation,chemical pipeline transportation,tank car loading and unloading,container operation of chemical reaction,mixing,mixing,infiltration,filtration,vacuum operation,cleaning and storage,may produce static electricity accumulation;When the accumulated static electricity is large enough and there is a discharge gap,static electricity may be released to provide ignition energy and cause fire or explosion.This paper discusses how to solve these problems at present.
