摘要
MBR(膜生物反应器)是现代污水处理的新型高效技术,在污水处理以及污水厂升级改造中具有很好的前景。乌鲁木齐甘泉堡污水处理厂采用MBR生物处理+高级催化氧化+消毒的工艺,MBR膜组件实际超期使用了2年,在运行系统中出现膜丝的断裂、脱落,污堵等现象导致了系统产能下降。本研究针对乌鲁木齐甘泉堡污水处理厂MBR膜组件的清洗方法以及MBR工艺长期运行中膜组件跨膜压差的变化,分析了MBR膜组件的清洗效果,并在确保MBR系统产水能力的前提下,对清洗方式进行了多方面优化调整,为类似工业废水处理厂MBR膜组件的清洗和维护提供了技术及数据参考。
MBR(Membrane Bioreactor) is a new high-efficiency technology for modern sewage treatment,which has a good prospect in sewage treatment and sewage treatment plant upgrading.Urumqi Ganquanbao Sewage Treatment Plant adopts the process of MBR biological treatment + advanced catalytic oxidation +disinfection.The MBR membrane module has actually been used for 2 years overdue,and the membrane filaments are broken,fallen off,fouling and other phenomena in the operating system,resulting in a decrease in the system production capacity.In this study,the cleaning method of MBR membrane modules in Ganquanbao Sewage Treatment Plant in Urumqi and the change of membrane module transmembrane pressure difference in the long-term operation of MBR process were analyzed,the cleaning effect of MBR membrane modules was analyzed,and the water production capacity of MBR system was ensured under the premise of ensuring the water production capacity.,optimized and adjusted the cleaning method in many aspects,and provided technical and data reference for the cleaning and maintenance of MBR membrane modules in similar industrial wastewater treatment plants.
