Revelation and Practice of Environmental Steward on the Demand Side in Local Government

近年来国家鼓励各地政府及工业园区采用环保管家服务,开展区域废水、废气、固体废物、噪声等的综合管理。本文简要介绍了当前环保管家发展概况,介绍了上海某片区开展环保管家服务内容,以及在环境监测、第三方监管、智慧监测体系建设等方面的实践情况,以期为其他地方政府开展区域环境管理提供了借鉴经验及启示。

In recent years,the country has encouraged local governments and industrial parks to use environmental steward services to carry out comprehensive management on local wastewater,solid waste,air pollution,and noise.This paper briefly introduces the current development status of Environmental steward,introduces the service content of environmental steward in a certain area of Shanghai,and the practice in environmental monitoring,the third-party supervision,and the construction of smart monitoring system,in order to provide experience and inspiration for other local governments with regional environmental management.
