摘要
采用芬顿氧化工艺对工业废水尾水进行深度处理,中试结果表明:芬顿氧化法对工业废水尾水COD和P具有良好去除效果,出水可满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)IV类水质标准,芬顿氧化化对氨氮和盐度无显著去除效果,出水氨氮和盐度存在反升现象。中试运行论证了该工艺处理工业废水尾水COD和P具有可行性、稳定性,出水指标可稳定达标排放。废水处理运行总成本约为40.09元,具有处理成本低、处理效果好等优势。
The fenton oxidation process is used for advanced treatment of industrial wastewater tail water.The pilot test results show that the Fenton oxidation process has a good removal effect on COD and P in industrial wastewater tail water,and the effluent can meet the “Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water”(GB 3838-2002) Class IV water quality standard,Fenton oxidation has no significant removal effect on ammonia nitrogen and salinity,and there is a reverse rise in effluent ammonia nitrogen and salinity.The pilot operation demonstrated the feasibility and stability of the process for treating COD and P in the tail water of industrial wastewater,and the effluent indicators can be discharged stably up to the standard.The total operation cost of wastewater treatment is about 40.09 yuan,which has the advantages of low treatment cost and good treatment effect.
