熔融制样-X射线荧光光谱法测定铬铁矿中多种主量元素 被引量:1

摘要 铬铁矿样品极难溶解,传统化学分析方法手续繁杂,分析时间较长、环境影响明显,急需寻找能够使用现代大型仪器测定铬铁矿主次量元素的方法。采用X射线荧光光谱法测定铬铁矿中多种主量元素,为解决X荧光光谱法必须有大量标准物质才能准确建立程序的问题,选用7个国家一级标准物质完成了24个人工标样的配制。优化了熔融制样的条件,确定了最佳熔剂配比与稀释比。对仪器测试条件进行选择,测定6个铬铁矿标准物质12次,精密度和准确度满足规范要求。 Chromite samples are very difficult to dissolve.Traditional chemical analysis methods have complicated procedures,long analysis time and obvious environmental impact.It is urgent to find a method that can use modern large-scale instruments to determine the primary and secondary elements of chromite.X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is used to determine various major elements in chromite.In order to solve the problem that X-ray fluorescence spectrometry must have a large number of reference materials in order to accurately establish the procedure,7 national first-class reference materials are selected to complete the preparation of 24 artificial reference samples.The conditions of melting sample preparation were optimized,and the optimum flux ratio and dilution ratio were determined.The instrument test conditions were selected and 6 chromite reference materials were determined for 12 times.The precision and accuracy met the specification requirements.
