摘要
本文探究了氢氟酸-高氯酸-硝酸-盐酸电热板半密闭酸溶前处理-电感耦合等离子体质谱测定土壤样品中钨的方法,分析了方法的工作曲线、检出限、正确度和精密度。实验结果表明:在0~100μg/L范围内线性回归系数(R2)为0.9999,检出限为0.0083μg/g,正确度在1.25%~4.29%之间,精密度(RSD%,n=6)在2.72%~4.22%之间。测试结果与真值之间无显著性差异,正确度和精密度均能满足行业对土壤样品中钨含量测定的相关要求,此方法为实验室安全、快速、大批量测定土壤中的钨提供了方法和思路。
In this paper,a method for the determination of tungsten in soil samples by hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid-nitric acid-hydrochloric acid-semi-sealed acid dissolution pretreatment and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was studied.The results showed that the linear regression coefficient(R2) in the range of 0~100 μg/L was 0.9999,the detection limit was 0.0083 μg/g,the accuracy was 1.25 %~4.29 %,and the precision(RSD%,n=6) was 2.72 %~4.22 %.There is no significant difference between the test results and the true value,and the accuracy and precision can meet the relevant requirements of the industry for the determination of tungsten content in soil samples.This method provides a method and idea for the safe,rapid and massive determination of the content of tungsten in soil at the laboratory.
