摘要
药物代谢动力学是药学专业的重要专业课和药理学等课程中的主要内容,具有较强的交叉学科属性。PBL(Problem-Based Learning)教学法是一种以学生为中心,以小组为单位围绕问题进行讨论的教学形式,有利于培养学生自主学习能力和独立解决问题的能力,适合于药物代谢动力学教学。本文介绍了PBL教学法在药物代谢动力学教学中的应用,包括教学设计、问题思路、总结和不足之处,期望能给药物代谢动力学教学带来思考,提高教学效果。
Pharmacokinetics is an important course for pharmaceutical speciality and the main content of pharmacology with strong interdisciplinary attribute.PBL(Problem-based Learning) teaching method aim to take the student as the center and surround and discuss problems in groups.The method is helpful to cultivate autonomous learning ability and the ability to solve problems independently for students,and suitable for the pharmacokinetic teaching.This paper introduces the application of PBL teaching method in the teaching of pharmacokinetic,including teaching design,train of thought and discussion.It is expected to bring thinking to the teaching of pharmacokinetics and improve the teaching effect.
