基于Plackett-Burman试验设计的颗粒流模型细观参数敏感性分析

摘要 基于Plackett-Burman试验设计方法建立了颗粒流模型细观参数敏感性响应分析的数值实验方案,对实验结果构建回归模型方差分析,分析结果表明采用回归方差拟合数值模型宏观力学特性与细观参数是可行的。对拟合方程的回归系数进行显著性检验,检验结果表明数值模型宏观特性的单轴抗压强度、弹性模量及泊松比对应的主要影响因子分别是切向接触强度、颗粒接触模量及最小颗粒半径。通过Plackett-Burman试验设计方法有效筛选出影响各项宏观力学特性的主要细观参数因子,降低了细观参数赋值的复杂性。 Based on the Plackett-Burman experimental design method,a numerical experimental scheme for the sensitivity response analysis of the meso-parameters of the particle flow model was established.A variance analysis of regression model is constructed based on the experimental results.The analysis results show that it is feasible to use regression variance to fit the macroscopic mechanical properties and mesoscopic parameters of the numerical model.The regression coefficients of the fitted equations are tested for significance.The test results show that the main influencing factors corresponding to the uniaxial compressive strength,elastic modulus and Poisson,s ratio of the macroscopic properties of the numerical model are tangential contact strength,particle contact modulus and minimum particle radius,respectively.The main meso-parameter factors affecting various macro-mechanical properties were effectively screened out by the Plackett-Burman experimental design method,which reduced the complexity of the assignment of meso-parameters.
