针对传统艾灸智能化程度不高、家用艾灸仪器成本偏高、便携性较差等问题,研究设计了一款智能艾灸装置。该装置仅需将艾绒从进料口放入,由艾条成型装置将艾绒压缩成型,剪切点燃一体装置点燃已成型的艾条,便可进行艾灸。艾灸过程中由传感器采集温度,单片机控制艾条推进装置推送艾条以及剪切点燃一体装置剪切艾灰,使之达到控温效果。该智能艾灸装置具有智能控温、整体结构紧凑小巧、便携程度高的优点,有很好的市场推广价值。

In order to solve the problems of traditional moxibustion devices,such as low intelligent degree,high cost and poor portability,an intelligent moxibustion device was designed.We only need to put the moxa into the feed inlet.The moxa is compressed and molded by the moxa-stick forming device,and the molded moxa-stick is ignited by the shearing and igniting integrated device,so that moxibustion can be carried out.In the process of moxibustion,the temperature is collected by a sensor.The single-chip computer controls the moxa-stick propulsion device to push the moxa-stick and the shearing and igniting integrated device to cut the moxa ash to achieve the effect of temperature control.The intelligent moxibustion device has the advantages of intelligent temperature control,compact overall structure and high portability,which shows the good market promotion value.
