汽车轻量化技术发展日益呈现出多元化、混合化的趋势,而汽车胶粘剂是关联汽车结构设计、新材料应用和工艺优化的交叉连接技术,因此,胶粘剂研究和应用是汽车轻量化研究中的热点。通过研究降低胶体密度、提升胶品性能、优化涂胶区域和胶品功能集成轻量化技术,探讨了汽车用胶粘剂的轻量化设计理念、减重效果和性能收益,总结了汽车轻量化胶粘剂的应用机会、制约条件和未来发展方向。

The development of automotive lightweight technology is increasingly showing a trend of diversification and hybridization,and automotive adhesive is one of research hotspots with multi-functional and cross-connection technologies related to automotive structural design,new material application and process optimization.By studying the lightweight technology of reducing colloid density,improving the performance of rubber products,optimizing the coating area and integrating the functions of rubber products,the lightweight design concept,weight reduction effect and performance benefits of automotive adhesives are discussed,and the application of automotive lightweight adhesives is summarized.Opportunities,constraints and future directions are concluded for adhesives of automotive lightweight.
