基于有限元的半轴摆辗成形分析

摘要 本文以金属塑性成形原理为基础,研究了摆动碾压技术在半轴生产领域的应用,介绍了摆动碾压工艺的运动学原理。并通过有限元方法对半轴摆辗成形过程进行模拟分析,选取了合适的摆辗参数,通过改变摆辗进给速度,得出了在不同情况下半轴的成形情况及其变化规律。结合摆辗中的金属流动情况和应力分布情况,初步预测可能出现的锻件缺陷。将不同方案的成形过程和结果进行对比分析,选择出了摆辗成形效果较好的进给速度。 Based on the principle of metal plastic forming, this paper studies the application of swing rolling technology in the field of half axle production, and introduces the kinematic principle of swing rolling technology. The forming process of half shaft rotary forging is simulated and analyzed by finite element method, and the appropriate rotary forging parameters are selected. By changing the feed speed of rotary forging, the forming situation and change law of half shaft under different conditions are obtained. Combined with the metal flow and stress distribution in rotary forging, the possible forging defects are preliminarily predicted. The forming process and results of different schemes are compared and analyzed, and the feed speed with better rotary forging effect is selected.
