车门过程螺栓利用率提高方法研究

摘要 本文主要讲述了上汽通用汽车有限公司武汉分公司车身车间制造过程中,车身车门安装时采用过程螺栓进行紧固,经过油漆至总装车间,在总装车间拆门线会拆卸四门以便于后续内饰零件的安装,卸下的过程紧固螺栓会进行报废,待内饰零件安装完成后四门会使用正式产品螺栓重新进行紧固,整个生产过程中存在过程螺栓丢弃浪费。作者通过研究车门过程螺栓循环利用,提高过程螺栓使用次数,达到减少原材料的浪费,节约社会资源,节能增效的目的。 This paper mainly describes that in the manufacturing process of the body workshop of SAIC-GM Co. Ltd Wuhan Branch, the doors are fixed with process bolts. Then the process is from the paint workshop to the assembly workshop. In order to install interior parts, the four doors will be removed in the assembly workshop door line. The removed doors process bolts will be scrapped. After the interior parts are installed, the four doors will be fixed again with formal product bolts. There are process bolts waves in the whole production process. By studying the recycling of the door process bolts, the author can improves the use times of process bolts, reduce the waves of raw materials, save social resources and achieve the purpose of energy conservation and efficiency increase.
