起落架收放系统典型故障研究

Study on Typical Faults of Landing Gear Extension and Retraction Systemfor an Aircraft

起落架收放系统是飞机的重要系统之一,在飞机的安全起飞和降落滑跑过程中发挥着重要的作用。一旦飞机在空中出现起落架收放故障,将会严重影响飞行员的操纵,导致不能正常着陆,甚至会造成重大事故。本文以某机型起落架收放系统为研究对象,简述了系统的工作模式,针对一起起落架应急放系统的典型故障,讲述了排故过程,深入分析了故障原因,并提出了系统改进、机务维护以及飞行操纵方面的建议。

The landing gear extension and retraction system is one of the important systems of the aircraft, and plays an important role in the safe take-off and landing process. In the air, once the extension and retraction system fails, it will seriously affect the pilot’s manipulation, causes the aircraft not to land normally, and even cause major accidents. Taking the landing gear extension and retraction system as the research object, this paper briefly describes the system working mode, analyzes the troubleshooting process and the cause of a typical fault for the landing gear emergency retraction system, and puts forward suggestions on system improvement, maintenance and flight operation.
