摘要
本文结合标准GB/T 1859.1-2015《往复内燃机声压法声功率级的测定第1部分:工程法》中的声学环境鉴定方法,通过采用绝对比较法和双表面法测定通用小型汽油机噪声环境修正系数,建立声功率级计算数学模型,推导出不确定度的计算公式,并根据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》引入不确定度理论对其测量结果进行不确定度评定,为进一步提高通用小型汽油机噪声测量结果准确性提供技术参考。
Based on the acoustic environment identification method in the standard GB/T 1859.1-2015 Reciprocating internal combustion engines-Measurement of sound power level using sound pressure-Part 1:Engineering method, according todeterminethe environmental correction coefficientof the general small gasoline engine by absolute comparison method and double-surface method, establish the mathematical model of the sound power level calculation, and derive the calculation formula of the uncertainty.According to JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement to introduce the uncertainty theory to evaluate the measurement results, which provides technical reference for further improving the accuracy of noise measurement results of general small gasoline engine.
