老年休闲生态圈构建研究

Research on the Construction of Leisure Ecosystem for the Elderly

休闲活动不仅是老年人生活方式积极化的一个重要路径,同时也是促进整个社会,尤其是人口老龄化社会稳定发展的重要因素。为此,对于老年休闲体系的构建不能只限于老年休闲产品,可从生态圈的角度,构建由老年休闲产品供给者、老年休闲需求者、基础设施、公共服务、宏观环境多要素组成的多维度、多圈层系统。生态圈系统内各要素通过价值交换、资源共享、分工合作等运行机制,推动老年休闲生态圈的循环演进和创新发展。基于我国当前以居家为主、社区为依托的养老模式以及正在推进的人口老龄化中长期规划工作,可按照育土-布点-搭台-优化的路径构建老年休闲生态圈。

Leisure activities are not only an important path for the active lifestyle of the elderly,but al-so an important element to promote the stable development of the whole society,especially the aging socie-ty.Therefore,the construction of the elderly leisure system should not be limited to the elderly leisure products.From the perspective of ecosystem,a multi-dimensional and multi circle system composed of eld-erly leisure product suppliers,elderly leisure demanders,infrastructure,public services,and macro envi-ronment can be constructed.The elements in the ecosystem promote the circular evolution and innovative development of the elderly leisure ecosystem through the operating mechanisms of value exchange,resource sharing,division of labor and cooperation.Based on the current home-based and community-based elderly care model in China and the ongoing medium and long-term planning of population aging,the elderly leisure ecosystem can be constructed according to the path of cultivating the soil for growth,constructing demon-stration communities and enterprises,providing platforms,and optimizing the development environment.
