基于“新时代劳动精神”培育的专业思政探索与实践——以劳动与社会保障专业为例

Exploration and Practice for Ideological and Political Education of Based on the Cultivation of“New Era Labor Spirit”——Labor and Social Security Specialty as an Example

专业思政在学科思政和课程思政之间起到承上启下的关键链接作用,然而相关理论研究和实践探索较为缺乏。将“新时代劳动精神”作为核心价值植入劳动与社会保障专业建设,对推动构建全价值链育人框架、创新一体化互进的全新专业教育模式及形成高水平人才培养体系具有重要意义。立足于劳动与社会保障专业,按照“实践困境——理论阐释——实践探索”的逻辑,提出通过更新-重塑理念、链接-激活资源、解构-重构路径,建立以“劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神”为内涵的“新时代劳动精神”核心价值理念,挖掘课程中蕴含的“新时代劳动精神”的思政元素和时代价值,形成“专业与思政深度融合、田野与课堂有效协同、科研与教学价值共创”的人才培养新路径,旨在为有效破解专业教育与思政教育的“两张皮”困境提供启示和借鉴。

Professional ideological politics plays a key role in connecting the preceding and the following between discipline ideological politics and curriculum ideological politics.However,there is a lack of rele-vant theoretical research and practical exploration.Implanting the“new era labor spirit”as the core value into the construction of labor and social security specialty is of great significance to promote the construction of the whole value chain education framework,innovate the new professional education mode of integration and mutual progress,and form a high-level talent training system.Based on the undergraduate major of labor and social security,according to the logic of“practical dilemma-theoretical interpretation-practical exploration”,this paper proposes to establish the core value concept of the labor spirit of the new era with the connotation of“labor spirit,model worker spirit and craftsman spirit”through the renewal remodeling concept,link activating resources and deconstruction reconstruction mechanism,so as to excavate the ideo-logical and political elements and times value of the“labor spirit of the new era”contained in various cour-ses,Form a new talent training path of“deep integration of specialty and ideological and political education,effective coordination between field and classroom,and co creation of scientific research and teaching val-ue”,in order to provide enlightenment and reference for effectively solving the“two skins”dilemma of pro-fessional education and ideological and political education.
