现代冰雪体育产业体系内涵与构建路径

Connotation and Construction Path of Modern Winter Sports Industry System

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,研究现代冰雪体育产业体系的内涵,分析我国的发展现状并提出构建路径。我国冰雪体育产业体系发展现状:产业市场活力不足,要素协同效率不强;产业链条延伸不足,供给绩效表现不佳;创新驱动赋能较低,竞争优势尚待提升;产业产权归属繁杂,动态关联机制缺乏。提出现代冰雪体育产业体系构建路径:促进服务型政府作用发挥,做好体系建构的支持和协调工作;搭建安全高效供应链体系,激发核心区域的特色与比较优势;坚持创新驱动,提升现代冰雪体育产业体系核心竞争力水平;健全市场监管体系,完善市场体系标准。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the connotation and development status of winter sports industry system and put forward the construction path.It is found that the development status of China's winter sports industry system is as follows:The industry market is not dynamic enough and the factor coordination effi ciency is not strong,the industrial chain extension is not suffi cient and the supply performance is poor,the innovation-driven empowerment is low and the competitive advantages need to be improved,and the industrial property ownership is complicated and dynamic correlation mechanism is lacking.This paper proposed the construction path of modern winter sports industry system:It is necessary to promote the role of service-oriented government and do a good job in supporting and coordinating system construction,build a safe and efficient supply chain system to stimulate the characteristics and comparative advantages of core areas,adhere to innovation-driven to enhance the core competitiveness of modern winter sports industry system,and improve the market supervision system to standardize the market system.
