血清中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-10、TGF-β1的水平在肝癌患者中的表达意义

The Expression Significance of Cytokines TNF-α,IL-10,and TGF-1 in Patients with Liver Cancer

目的探讨血清中细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的水平在肝癌患者中的表达意义。方法选取2019年10月至2020年11月于我院就诊的肝癌患者75例作为观察组,再选取50例同时期在我院进行健康体检者作为对照组,检测所有研究对象血清因子TNF-α、IL-10、TGF-β1水平和肝癌患者经介入化疗前后血清因子TNF-α、IL-10、TGF-β1的水平,并分析血清中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-10、TGF-β1的水平与肝损伤的相关性。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者血清TNF-α、IL-10、TGF-β1水平明显更高(P<0.05),患者血清TNF-α、IL-10、TGF-β1水平随病情严重程度升高,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经介入化疗治疗后患者血清TNF-α、IL-10、TGF-β1水平较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Person相关性分析,患者血清TNF-α、IL-10、TGF-β1水平与患者肝损伤情况具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论血清中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-10、TGF-β1的水平在肝癌患者中呈高表达,其表达水平对于临床诊断和预后判断具有参考价值。

Objective To investigate the expression significance of serum cytokinine tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),and transformation growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)in patients with liver cancer.Methods 75 liver cancer patients in our hospital from October 2019 to November 2020,and 50 tested the levels of TNF-α,IL-10,TGF-β1,TNF-α,IL-10,TGF-β1,IL-10 and liver injury after interventional chemotherapy.Results The serum TNF-α,IL-10,TGF-β1(P<0.05),TNF-α,IL-10,and TGF-β1 increased with the severity,and were statistically different(P<0.05).Serum levels of TNF-α,IL-10,and TGF-β1 were significantly lower compared with pretreatment(P<0.05).After the Person correlation analysis,the patient serum TNF-α,IL-10,and TGF-β1 levels were associated with the patient liver injury condition(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of cytokines TNF-α,IL-10 and TGF-β1 were high in patients with liver cancer,which have reference value for clinical diagnosis and prognostic judgment.
