Exploration of dream diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine

中医梦诊肇始于《黄帝内经》,以阴阳、五行、藏象、精气血理论为基础,经过古代医家的不断丰富和发展,形成了相对完整的梦诊体系。中医梦诊以独特的视角在辨病因、病位、病性中发挥了巨大的优势,被视为中医四诊的补充和延伸,具有重要的临床价值。然随时代的发展,中医梦诊逐渐被埋没,梦象这一重要的临床信息被忽视,一定程度上影响了诸如失眠、情志类疾病的诊疗。文章从梦诊的源流出发,探讨了梦的成因、梦的辨证及梦诊在临床中的应用,期望能加强医者对中医梦诊的理解和重视,丰富临床诊断方法、提高诊断准确率。

Dream diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine began in the Huangdi Neijing.Based on the theories of yin and yang,five elements,zangxiang and essence,qi and blood,a relatively complete dream diagnosis system has been formed through the continuous enrichment and development of ancient doctors.Dream diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine has played a great advantage in identifying the etiology,location and nature of the disease from a unique perspective.It is regarded as a supplement and extension of the four diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and has important clinical value.However,with the development of the times,the dream diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine has been gradually buried,and the important clinical information of dream image has been ignored,which has affected the diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as insomnia and emotion to a certain extent.Starting from the origin of dream diagnosis,this paper discusses the causes of dream,dream syndrome differentiation and its clinical application,hoping to strengthen doctors’understanding and attention to traditional Chinese medicine dream diagnosis,enrich clinical diagnosis methods and improve diagnosis accuracy.
