基于经筋理论运用筋结点治疗痉挛型脑瘫探析

Analysis on the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy with meridian sinew nodal points based on the theory of meridian sinew

“经筋”一词首见于《黄帝内经》,在经络系统的组成中,十二经筋是十二经脉之气濡养筋肉骨节的体系,是附属于十二经脉的筋肉系统。基于经筋理论的经筋疗法被广泛应用于临床,而经筋上的筋结点常作为治疗经筋病的施术部位。文章通过深入研习《黄帝内经》经筋理论,分析痉挛型脑瘫肢体肌张力增高产生机制和肢体痉挛特征,并结合现代解剖医学定位,选取筋结点治疗痉挛型脑瘫,并从理论与临床应用方面进行探究分析,以期为临床治疗痉挛型脑瘫提供新的思路和方法,拓宽经筋疗法治疗脑瘫的应用前景。

‘Meridian sinew’is first seen in the Huangdi Neijing.In the composition of the meridians and collaterals,the twelve meridians are the system of nourishing the muscles and joints of the twelve meridian sinew,which are attached to the twelve meridians.Jingjin therapy based on the theory of meridian sinew has been widely used in clinical practice,and meridian sinew nodal points are often used as the site of operation in the treatment of meridian sinew disease.In this paper,through in-depth study with Huangdi Neijing,analysis of the mechanism of increased muscular tension and the characteristics of limb spasm and combination with the modern anatomy medical positioning to select meridian sinew nodal points to treat spastic cerebral palsy.We explore the analyze meridian sinew nodal points from the aspects of theory and clinical application,so as to provide new ideas and methods of clinical treatment of spastic cerebral palsy,broaden the application prospect of jingjin therapy for cerebral palsy.
