《素问·四气调神大论》析疑二则

Explanation of two difficulties in Su Wen·Si Qi Tiao Shen Da Lun

文章对《素问·四气调神大论》中两处争议较大之处析疑:“德”的造义是通过观察事物表象获得对事物属性的认知,其实义则指事物的属性,《素问·四气调神大论》中“藏德”之“德”即为此义,指天气的属性,即“清净光明”;“天明则日月不明”之“则”表示转折,指的是天空清明但日月的光辉却不明显,即多云或阴霾天气;“肾气独沉”之“独”亦应释为“暗暗”“暗自”,“沉”指消亡,“肾气独沉”即肾气不知不觉地消亡。可见,《素问·四气调神大论》始终围绕自然界的“阴阳”和“四时”两方面展开论述,进一步阐发了应该顺应阴阳四时的自然规律,防患于未然的防治原则。

The article analyzes the two controversial expenses in Su Wen·Si Qi Tiao Shen Da Lun.The intention of‘De’is gaining the cognition of the properties of things by observing the appearance of things.But in fact,the meaning refers to the property of things.The meaning of‘De’in Su Wen·Si Qi Tiao Shen Da Lun refers to the property of heaven qi which is cleanliness and bright.The word‘Ze’in‘Tian Ming Ze Ri Yue Bu Ming’indicates a turning point.It refers to a clear sky but the brightness of the sun and moon is not obvious,cloudy or cloudy weather.The word‘Du’in‘Shen Qi Du Chen’should also be interpreted as‘secretly’,and‘Chen refers to the die out.‘Shen Qi Du Chen’means the die out of kidney qi unknowingly.Su Wen·Si Qi Tiao Shen Da Lun always focuses on the two aspects of‘yin and yang’and‘four seasons’in nature,and further elucidates the prevention and control principle that should conform to the natural law of the four seasons of yin and yang and prevent the occurrence of disasters in the first place.
