《脉经》少阴脉法探析

Exploration and analysis of Shaoyin pulse method in the Pluse Classic

《脉经》作为一部脉学专著,对继承发展晋以前的脉法具有重大贡献,王叔和撰次仲景遗论,将张仲景《伤寒杂病论》的内容收录其中,在主要诊治妇人病的第九卷中,则多有今本《伤寒杂病论》所不见的“少阴脉”内容,作为研究仲景学术的重要资料,从中不仅可以窥见仲景脉法的完整体系,其在妇人病诊治方面的独特应用亦给人以极大启发。然该诊法在《脉经》“独取寸口”诊法确立之后,渐为两尺候肾的脉诊法取代,历代鲜有医家直接应用,笔者考察“少阴脉诊法”的源流,结合原文探析“少阴脉”的诊脉部位和具体应用,希望对全面认识“少阴脉法”和仲景脉学思想有所裨益。

The Pulse Classic,as a monograph of pulse science,has made a significant contribution to the succession and development of pulse diagnostic method before the Jin dynasty.As WANG Shu-he compiled the posthumous theory of ZHANG Zhong-jing and employed the content of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases into his own work.He has recorded‘Shaoyin pulse’in the ninth volume of the diagnosis and treatment of women’s diseases,which is rarely seen in the current edition of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases is demonstrated as the important material for the research of ZHANG Zhong-jing’s academic achievements.From this section,not only the complete system of ZHANG Zhong-jing’s pulse diagnosis method can be understood,but its unique application in the diagnosis and treatment of women’s diseases can enlighten people significantly.However,since the‘exclusive examination of inch opening(wrist pulse)’was created in the Pulse Classic,this kind of diagnosis method was gradually replaced by examining the kidney by left and right ulnar after the diagnosis method of taking the pulse at Cunkou alone was,and it was seldomly used by doctors.Therefore,we made an exploration of the origin of the diagnosis method of touching Shaoyin pulse,and analyzed the pulse position as well as the specific application of Shaoyin pulse with an expectation of making contributions to the comprehensive recognition of‘Shaoyin pulse method’and ZHANG Zhong-jing’s pulse diagnosis thoughts.
