壮医解毒方药的应用与思考

壮医药解毒方药应用起源较早,在民间应用具有显著的临床疗效,但由于种种原因目前对其研究不够深入。文章对壮族医药中毒病的产生原因、种类以及解毒方药的类别进行了简要总结和分析,简要归纳了目前壮医解毒方药的新药研究和应用概况,并在此基础上提出了针对壮医解毒方药的挖掘整理和新药研发的思考,以期为我国顺利推进壮医解毒方药的研究和新药研发提供借鉴,充分应用民族优势,发扬民族医药优势。

Zhuang medicine antidotal prescription originated early and has significant clinical efficacy in folk application,but its research is not deep enough for various reasons.This paper briefly summarizes and analyzes the causes and types of Zhuang medical poisoning diseases and the types of antidotal prescriptions,briefly summarizes the current research and application of new drugs of Zhuang medicine antidotal prescriptions,and puts forward some thoughts on the excavation and sorting of Zhuang medicine antidotal prescriptions and the research and development of new drugs.It is expected to provide reference and literature retrieval for the smooth promotion of the research of Zhuang medicine antidotal prescriptions and new drug research and development,make full use of national advantages and carry forward the advantages of national medicine.
