Preliminary study on five zang organs and five elements pulse method of LI Dong-yuan

摘要 李东垣五脏五行脉法以《黄帝内经》《难经》中五行学说为其指导思想,以《难经》中脉之阴阳、四季王脉和一脉十变为依据将五行学说和脉之阴阳相结合,并效法仲景病、脉、证、治为一体的思想形成一套完整的脉法。通过对文献的整理,发觉李东垣五脏五行脉法以脉部和脉体为两大要素。诊脉时通过脉部和脉体的结合可查病因,知病机,探知五行脏腑生克的状态,并可以脉探知疾病的预后和预测疾病的发生,从而把握疾病的动态过程。李东垣五脏五行脉法的探究不仅对中医脉诊的临床应用具有指导意义,还可为研究中医经典中的脉诊病案提供新的思路和方法。 LI Dong-yuan’s five zang organs and five elements pulse method takes the five elements theory in Huangdi Neijing and Nanjing as its guiding ideology.It combines the five elements theory with the yin and yang of the pulse based on he yin and yang of the pulse in Nanjing,the four seasons pulse and the ten changes of one pulse forms a complete set of pulse method by imitating the thought of Zhongjing diseases,pulse,syndrome and treatment.Through the collation of the literatures,it is found that the pulse part and the pulse body are the two main elements of the five zang organs and five elements pulse method of LI Dong-yuan.During pulse diagnosis,the etiology,pathogenesis and the state of five elements viscera can be found out through the combination of pulse part and pulse body.The prognosis and occurrence of disease can be detected and the dynamic process of disease can be grasped.The exploration of LI Dong-yuan five zang organs and five elements pulse method not only has the guiding significance to the clinical application of TCM pulse diagnosis,but also provides new ideas and methods for the study of TCM classic pulse diagnosis medical records.
