试论刘完素玄府学说在肾病治疗中的应用

Application of LIU Wan-su’s xuanfu theory in treating nephropathy

刘完素在《黄帝内经》基础上创立了玄府学说。其学说与肾脏结构、功能、病理等方面有很多契合点。玄府的现代研究也支持肾脏疾病与刘完素玄府学说有一定的关联性。故调节玄府是治疗肾病的重要方法,包括开通玄府和补养固护玄府两种方法。在开通玄府法中,笔者推崇辛温发散开玄、除湿开玄和化痰开玄三法。笔者首次提出刘完素防风通圣散是开通玄府的代表方剂,临床喜用该方化裁治疗肾脏疾病,并取得了较为满意的疗效。

On the basis of Huangdi Neijing,LIU Wan-su founded the xuanfu theory.There are many similarities between LIU Wan-su’s xuanfu theory and kidney structure,function,and pathology.The modern research of xuanfu also supports that kidney disease is related to LIU Wan-su’s xuanfu theory.Therefore,regulating xuanfu is an important method for treating kidney disease,including two methods:opening xuanfu and nourishing and protecting xuanfu.In the method of opening xuanfu,the authors highly praise the three methods of Xinwen Divergence to open xuanfu,dehumidify and open xuanfu,and resolve the phlegm and open xuanfu.The authors put forward for the first time that LIU Wan-su Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder is the representative prescription of opening xuanfu.It is clinically preferred to treat kidney disease with this prescription,and it has achieved satisfactory results.
