Clinical experience of TCM master BAN Xiu-wen in treating perimenopausal metrorrhagia

国医大师班秀文教授认为围绝经期崩漏病因多样,病机复杂,其基本病机可总括为阴气衰退,阴阳失衡,封藏不固。临床上常见病证以阴虚火动为多,治疗上遵循“治崩三法”,切实把握围绝经期妇女生理特点,注重调养脾肾,尤贵补脾胃以资血之源,养肾气以安血之室,而达补后天以资先天之功。此外,对屡试不效或迁延难愈者,善用调补冲任之法,选用引冲任二经之药,喜用当归、益母草等补血通经以入冲,枸杞子、茺蔚子之类滋阴养血以入任,屡获效验。

TCM master BAN Xiu-wen believes that the causes of perimenopausal metrorrhagia are diverse and the pathogenesis is complex.The basic pathogenesis can be summarized as yin qi decline,yin and yang imbalance,and sealing is not solid.The common clinical symptoms are yin deficiency and fire movement.The treatment follows the‘cure collapse three methods’,earnestly grasp the physiological characteristics of perimenopausal women,paies attention to nourishingthe spleen and kidney,especially the spleen and stomach which are the source of blood,nourishing kidney qi to stabilize the blood room,making up for the acquired to fund the innate merit.In addition,for those who have failed after repeated attempts or are difficult to heal after procrastination,professor BAN Xiu-wen makes good use of the method of adjusting and replenishing Chong channel and Ren channel,and uses the medicines that induce Chong channel and Ren channel of the two meridians.And likes to use angelica sinensis,leonurus japonicus houtt to nourish the meridians to enter Chong channel,and fructus lycll to nourish yin and nourish blood to enter Ren channel,and has achieved good results.
