培元安神法治疗失眠伴健忘经验

Experience of reinforcing vital essence and tranquilization in treating insomnia with amnesia

王平教授长期从事老年脑病的研究,对失眠、健忘、痴呆等疾病的诊治有丰富的临证经验。临床上观察发现很多失眠患者常伴发健忘,王平教授认为其主要病机是元气亏虚、五脏神不安,兼夹肝郁气滞、痰瘀阻窍、火热扰神,治当培元安神,标本兼顾。文章列举王平教授临证治疗失眠伴健忘验案两则,分析其用药特色,以期为临床治疗失眠伴健忘提供一定参考。

Professor WANG Ping has been engaged in the research of senile encephalopathy for a long time,and has extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia,amnesia,dementia and other diseases.Through clinical observation we have found that many patients with insomnia are often accompanied by forgetfulness.Professor WANG Ping believes that its main pathogenesis is deficiency of primordial qi,the five viscera spirit is disturbed,with liver depression and qi stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis blocking the orifice,and fire and heat harassing spirit.Treatment should take full of comprehensive consideration,soothe the nerves first.This article lists two clinical cases of professor WANG Ping in the treatment of insomnia with amnesia,and analyzes the characteristics of their medications,hoping to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of insomnia with amnesia.
