LI Fa-zhi’s experience in treating AIDS complicated with femoral head necrosis with classical prescriptions

李发枝教授为第四批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,践行方证辨证近60年,从2002年开始诊治艾滋病,以其睿智之识,精湛之术,独辟新境,令患者获益匪浅。文章介绍李发枝教授对艾滋病合并股骨头坏死病因病机的认识和治疗经验。李教授认为艾滋病合并股骨头坏死属肾虚寒湿痹阻证应用阳和汤合乌头汤、防己黄芪汤加减,属湿热内蕴兼气虚寒湿痹阻证应用甘草泻心汤合防己黄芪汤加味,属气虚寒湿痹阻证应用黄芪桂枝五物汤加味,并附医案两则予以说明李发枝教授运用经方治疗艾滋病合并股骨头坏死经验。

Professor LI Fa-zhi is one of the fourth batch of national famous TCM experts’academic experience inheritance work instructors.Practicing syndrome differentiation for nearly 60 years,he began to diagnose and treat AIDS in 2002,with his sagacity knowledge,superb skill,he created new territory,and benefited the patients.This article introduces professor LI Fa-zhi’s knowledge and treatment experiences on the etiology and pathogenesis of AIDS complicated with femoral head necrosis.Professor LI thinks that AIDS complicated with femoral head necrosis belongs to the syndrome of kidney deficiency,cold dampness and arthralgia,which needs Yanghe Decoction combined with Wutou Decoction and Fangji Huangqi Decoction.Gancao Xiexin Decoction and Fangji Huangqi Decoction are used for the treatment of damp-heat accumulation and qi-deficiency cold-dampness obstruction.Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction is used for treating qi deficiency and cold dampness obstruction.We attach two medical cases to illustrate professor LI Fa-zhi’s experience in treat AIDS complicated with femoral head necrosis with classical prescriptions.
