三维结构辨治糖尿病肾脏疾病学术思想初探

Discussion on academic thoughts of differentiation and treatment of diabetic kidney disease from three-dimensional structure

糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症之一,近年来其发病率逐渐升高,中医药治疗具有一定优势。张宁教授重视经典,跟随名师,集学院教育与师承于一身,融各家之所长,在DKD的辨证中将多种辨证方法相结合,即从三维结构进行辨治:以气血津液辨证为先导,首先辨别气血津液的盛衰虚实,继以脏腑辨证定病位,辨别气血津液病之所在,结合三焦辨证,辨明湿浊的三焦所属。在治疗上,以健脾补肾结合行水泄浊、养血行气活血之法,标本兼顾,气血水同调。

Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the common microvascular complications of diabetes,and its incidence has gradually increased in recent years.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages.Professor ZHANG Ning attaches great importance to classics,follows famous teachers,combines college education with teachers and inheritance,and integrates the best of each family.In DKD syndrome differentiation,a variety of syndrome differentiation methods are combined,and the three-dimensional structure is used for differentiation.Qi,blood and body fluid syndrome differentiation as the guide,firstly,distinguish the ups and downs of qi,blood and body fluid,then identify the location of the disease by syndrome differentiation of viscera,to distinguish the qi,blood and body fluid disease,and then combine sanjiao syndrome differentiation to identify sanjiao dampness and trubidity.In terms of treatment,using the method of strengthening the spleen and kidney to relieve turbidity,nourishing blood,promoting qi and activating blood,taking care of both tip and root,taking care of qi,blood and water at the same time.
