经方加减治疗水湿痰饮病经验

Experience in treating water dampness and phlegm retention disease by classical prescriptions

水湿痰饮病为脏腑代谢失常致水液异常停聚而产生,四者之间同源异流,相互影响,湿聚为水,水停为饮,饮凝为痰,其形成主要责之于肺脾肾三脏。治疗上需根据脏腑、症状、病机的不同精准选方用药。李建民教授从事肾病科工作30余年,中医临床辨治水湿痰饮病经验丰富,文章详细介绍了其以宣、泻、利、温四法结合经方治疗水湿痰饮的临床思路,进一步加深中医临床对于治疗水湿痰饮病的认识。

Water dampness and phlegm retention disease is caused by abnormal metabolism of zang-fu organs,resulting in abnormal retention of water.With the same source but different branches,the four factors influence each other.The accumulation of dampness is water,the stagnation of water is fluid,and the coagulation of fluid is phlegm.The causes of the disease are mainly associated with lung,spleen and kidney.In the treatment of this disease,it is necessary to choose precise formulas and drugs according to the different pathogenesis of zang-fu organs and symptoms.Professor LI Jianmin has been working on nephrology for more than 30 years.He has rich experience in clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of water dampness and phlegm retention.This paper introduces professor LI’s clinical thinking of treating water dampness and phlegm retention with four methods of ventilating,purging,excreting and warming in combination with classical proescriptions,so as to further deepen the understanding of treating water dampness and phlegm retention disease in TCM clinic.
