Experience of WANG Hong-mo in diagnosis of gastrointestinal disease based on inspecting complexion

望色诊病是中医独特的诊病方法之一,全国名老中医专家王鸿谟教授致力于望色诊病的临床应用与研究,在《黄帝内经》颜面脏腑分部诊察的基础上,创立了颜面整体-自然标志分区-中心坐标定点三级色部定位法,通过察颜观色以知五脏症结。文章从临床常见的胃肠疾病入手,介绍王鸿谟教授所创之中医脾脏及胃、肠色部定位法,并结合临床实例总结中医脾胃系统病变的色诊要点。同时,色诊作为望诊的一部分,亦须与其他诊法四诊合参,方能客观、全面,不致贻误病情。

Color inspection is one of the unique diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).WANG Hong-mo,a famous doctor of TCM in China,created some methods of color inspection in clinic.On the basic of inspecting complexion from Huangdi Neijing,three-level color positioning method was set up by professor WANG Hong-mo,it was introduced around the gastrointestinal disease commonly seen in clinic.The key points of color inspecting on diseases of spleen and stomach system in TCM were summarized.At the same time,as a part of inspection,color inspection should be combined with other four examinations together to be more objective and comprehensive.
