文章介绍王行宽教授基于奇经络脉理论治疗颈心综合征经验,王教授认为,颈心综合征属于奇经络脉同病,总病机在于奇络虚滞,奇经亏虚日久牵涉至心络,导致心络不荣或者心络不通,发为颈心综合征,表现为颈源性心绞痛、颈源性心律失常、颈源性眩晕三大类型,其治疗当通补奇络,颈心同治,其中颈源性心绞痛重在温通肾督之阳,颈源性心律失常重在重镇冲脉之逆,颈源性眩晕重在填补肾督之精,并举验案1则。

This paper introduces professor WANG Xing-kuan’s experience in the treatment of cervical heart syndrome based on the theory of eight extra channels and collaterals.Professor WANG believes that cervical heart syndrome belongs to the disease of eight extra channels and collaterals.The total pathogenesis lies in the deficiency and stagnation of eight extra channels.The deficiency of eight extra channels for a long time involves the heart collaterals,resulting in the dishonor of the heart collaterals or the obstruction of the heart collaterals.It occurs as cervical heart syndrome,which is manifested in three types:cervical angina pectoris,cervical arrhythmia and cervical vertigo.Its treatment should be smooth in eight extra channels and collaterals,simultaneous treatment of neck and heart,Among them,cervical Angina focuses on warming the yang of kidney governor,cervical arrhythmia focuses on the inverse of Chong pulse,and cervical vertigo focuses on filling the essence of kidney governor.One case was cited.
