This paper not only summarizes the experience of treating ophthalmoplegia with integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of professor XU Jia-jun in clinic,but also expounds his understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis and integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.He proposes the main pathogenesis of the disease is spleen deficiency and liver exuberance,wind pathogenic factors.On the basis of routine treatment of western medicine,he combined with self-made Jiang Ping Decoction to soften liver and intigorate the spleen,dispelled wind and cleared heat to treat wind-induced vision,and achieved good clinical effect.
