膝关节骨关节炎中西医结合循证临床实践指南制定面临的问题与对策

Problems and countermeasures in the elaboration of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines for integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine in knee osteoarthritis

通过对比国内外相关循证临床实践指南(CPG)的研究现状,发现目前膝关节骨关节炎中西医结合循证CPG制定面临的主要问题:国内外尚缺相关完善的循证CPG制定,中医药治疗在国际膝关节骨关节炎指南中占的比重少,缺乏高级别的循证依据,且未根据证据的论证强度注明推荐意见,临床指南编写人员配置不足、专业背景单一,中西医结合CPG制定的方法学不规范以及指南修订不及时等。针对这些问题,文章进行了深入的探讨并提出了相应的对策,以期为今后膝关节骨关节炎中西医结合循证CPG的制定提供借鉴。

By comparing the research status of relevant evidence-based clinical practice guidelines(CPG)at home and abroad,we summarized the main problems in the development of the CPG for the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for knee osteoarthritis.There is still a lack of relevant and comprehensive evidence-based CPG at home and abroad.Medical treatment in the international knee osteoarthritis accounted for a small proportion of the lack of high-level evidencebased evidence,and some guidelines did not indicate the recommendation according to the strength of the evidence argument.Staffing shortage and simplistic subjects are also problems.What’s more,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine the methodologies developed in the CPG were not standardized and the revision of the guidelines was not timely.In response to these problems,this article has conducted in-depth discussion and put forward corresponding countermeasures,providing a reference for future development of evidence-based CPG for traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with knee osteoarthritis.
