摘要
经筋是经络系统的重要组成部分。文章以研究对象为纲,从影像学、触诊、病理、生物力学、造模、生化物质6个角度对经筋基础研究进行综述,认为目前经筋基础研究趋势经历了从虚(理论)到实(实验)的转变,但仍存在形而上、影像学技术局限、触诊待标准化、辨证思路单一、动物模型不统一、机制研究不深入等问题,并从转化医学的角度提出可能的解决方案,以期为经筋体系构建与发展提供参考。
Tendons are important parts in the meridian system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).This article reviews the basic research of tendons are from six perspectives:Imaging,palpation,pathology,modeling,biomechanics,and biochemical substances.It is believed that the research trend has gone from virtual(theory)to reality(experiment).The current basic research of tendons has metaphysics,imaging technology limitations,standardization of palpation,single differentiation of thoughts,inconsistent animal models,and in-depth mechanism research,etc.And possible solutions for tendons are proposed.We expect the best providing reference for future development direction and construction of tendons.
