中医辨证康复在老年股骨粗隆骨折患者围手术期中的疗效观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation rehabilitation in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in perioperative period

目的:观察中医辨证康复对老年股骨粗隆骨折患者围手术期的疗效。方法:将120例符合诊断标准的住院老年股骨粗隆骨折患者分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医辨证康复疗法,两组均在出院前完成满意度调查、住院期间并发症情况、住院时间及Harris髋关节功能评分。结果:观察组满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组较对照组可显著降低并发症发生率(P<0.01),观察组患者在住院时间及出院1、3个月时髋关节功能评分上均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证康复在老年股骨粗隆骨折患者围手术期治疗中可显著降低患者的疼痛程度,减少术后并发症,提高患者的治疗满意度,降低患者住院日,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation rehabilitation on elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in perioperative period.Methods:A total of 120 elderly patients of femoral intertrochanteric fracture with certain diagnostic standard were divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group.The satisfaction survey,complications during hospitalization,hospitalization time and Harris hip function score were completed before discharge in both groups.Results:The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),the hospitalization time and hip joint function score in the first and third month after discharge of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation rehabilitation in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture can significantly reduce the degree of pain,reduce postoperative complications,improve the patient’s treatment satisfaction,reduce the length of stay,improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
