舱内爆炸载荷下舰船甲板箱型梁结构抗爆性能

摘要 为提高舰船的抗爆能力,箱型梁结构作为新型舰船抗爆结构受到关注。采用数值模拟方法对舰船舱内爆炸载荷下的结构变形、加速度和结构吸能进行分析,考虑结构重量变化的影响,引入重量响应指标对提高舰船抗毁伤效果进行评价分析。研究表明:箱型梁结构对舰船危险剖面的抗毁伤能力有明显提高,其提升效果与舰船吨位大小和结构形式等因素有关。该结论可为水面舰船箱型梁结构设计提供初步参考。 In order to improve the anti explosion ability of ships, box girder structure, as a new anti explosion structure of ships, has been attracted much attention. The structural deformation, acceleration and structural energy absorption under explosion load in the ship cabin were analyzed by numerical simulation method. Considering the influence of structural weight change, the weight response index was introduced to evaluate and analyze the anti damage effect of the ship. The results shows that the box girder structure can significantly improve the damage resistance of ship dangerous section, and the lifting effect is related to factors such as ship tonnage and structural form. The conclusion can provide a preliminary reference for the structural design of box girder of surface ship.
