摘要
项目黏土心墙堆石坝规划的黏土料场距离大坝约1km,黏土料储量约14×104m3,土料平均天然含水率高达35.8%,比设计含水率高10%,需较大面积的翻晒场地进行翻晒降水处理,含水率接近设计最优含水率才能上坝填筑施工。为了保证土料含水量降低到设计范围内,降低黏土料含水率,需要多个环节处理后,才能符合施工质量要求;为了满足施工进度和降低施工成本,必须采取相关有效措施,短时间有效降低土料含水率。
The clay material yard planned for the project clay core rockfill dam is about 1km away from the dam and the clay material reserve is about 14.0×104m3.The average natural water content of soil material is up to 35.8%,10%higher than the designed water content.It needs a large area of ted ground for tedding precipitation treatment,and the water content is close to the design optimum water content in order to fill the dam.To reduce the water content of clay material,several links need to be dealt with in order to meet the construction quality requirements.In order to meet the construction schedule and reduce construction costs,relevant effective measures must be taken to effectively reduce soil moisture content in a short time.
