Application of Steel Model Trolley of Automatic Material Distribution System in Highway Tunnel Construction

随着国内高速公路网络日益完善,施工技术日新月异,隧道二衬施工方式不断取得突破,鉴于此,以国内某隧道施工为基础,系统阐述了隧道施工时,采用自动分料系统新型钢模台车如何保证隧道二衬混凝土施工质量和安全,并从钢模台车设计、立模、入仓浇筑、拱顶注浆、脱模以及操作安全规程等方面研究新型钢模台车的施工技术,能极大提高衬砌施工效率。

With the increasingly perfect domestic highway network and the rapid change of construction technology,breakthroughs have been made in the construction of tunnel lining.Taking a domestic tunnel construction as an example,this paper systematically elaborates how to guarantee the construction quality and safety of tunnel lining concrete by using new steel formwork trolley of automatic material distribution system.The construction technology of the new steel model trolley is studied from the aspects of design of steel model trolley,formwork erection,warehousing pouring,dome grouting,demoulding and operation safety regulations,which can greatly improve the construction efficiency of lining.
