摘要 Coca Codo Sinclair(科卡科多辛克雷)水电站(简称CCS水电站),竖井开挖施工时,施工的垂直施工深度527m,上、下弯段各47.1m长。在竖井的开挖、混凝土及灌浆施工期间,存在竖井工作面狭窄、人员集中、高空吊运、塌方涌水、堵井、高空掉落等危险,特别是开挖期间安全隐患较多。在施工期间,只通过安全管理手段无法解决这些重大的安全隐患,故对一些重大安全隐患采取了针对性的技术措施,有效控制了危险源、杜绝安全事故,从技术源头上解决了安全问题。 During shaft excavation of Coca Codo Sinclair Hydropower Station(CCS Hydropower Station),the vertical construction depth is 527m and the length of upper and lower bends is 47.1m.During the excavation,concrete and grouting of the shaft,there are many dangers such as narrow working face,concentrated personnel,lifting at high altitude,water inrush from collapse,well plugging and falling at high altitude,especially during excavation.During construction,these major safety hazards can not be solved only by means of safety management.Therefore,targeted technical measures have been taken for some major safety hazards,which effectively control the hazard sources,eliminate safety accidents and solve the safety problems from the technical source.
