Subcontracting management is an important part of project management.Subcontracting management and competitive projects vary in the PPP model.This paper makes a comparative analysis on PPP project and subcontracting management of competitive project of Kaili Ring-City Expressway in Guizhou.This paper describes the basic situation and existing problems of subcontracting management,analyses and discusses how to safeguard the legal interests of enterprises and effective measures to avoid subcontracting risks.The conclusion shows that many risks can be avoided as long as the planning work is well done and the relevant management requirements are perfected.
