摘要
介绍公路工程PPP项目的特点、质量管理措施、存在的不足,提出改进意见及建议。PPP项目质量管理过程中,积极推进施工质量与进度、成本、技术、安全、环保等协调、平衡发展,质量管理人员及各级管理人员切实抓好施工质量管控工作。质量管理作为PPP项目的核心管理内容,须各参建方全员绝对重视及加强管控,按质量标准要求实施,各参建方恪尽己责、互督互助、严守质量红线,以协力共建工程质量合格为基本目标。
This paper describes the characteristics,quality management measures and shortcomings of PPP project in highway engineering,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.In the process of quality management of PPP project,coordination and balanced development of construction quality and schedule,cost,technology,safety and environmental protection should be actively promoted.Quality management personnel and managers at all levels should conscientiously do a good job in construction quality control.Quality management,as the core management content of PPP project,must be attached absolute importance to and strengthened by all participants,and implemented according to quality standards.All participants should fulfill their responsibilities,supervise and assist each other,strictly adhere to the quality red line,and take the quality qualification of joint construction project as the basic goal.
