Countermeasure for Improving the Effect of Flame TV Monitoring in Thermal Power Plant

火电厂火焰工业电视是监视锅炉炉膛内火焰的真实图像的装置,火焰工业电视的监视效果,直接影响运行人员对炉膛内燃烧工况的判断,是锅炉安全运行不可缺少的装置。镇雄电厂锅炉火焰工业电视采用的是仪用压缩空气冷却的内窥式镜头,在锅炉37m的左侧和右侧炉壁上插入炉膛内监视炉膛燃烧工况。以镇雄电厂2台600MW超临界W型火焰锅炉工业电视为研究对象,对监视效果差问题探索,总结了有效的维护经验并提出了对火电厂火焰工业电视的调试技术经验。

The flame industrial television of thermal power plant is a device which monitors the true image of the flame in the boiler furnace.The monitoring effect of flame industrial TV directly affects the judgement of burning conditions in furnace by operators.Boiler flame industrial TV of Zhenxiong Power Plant uses an endoscope lens cooled by compressed air to monitor the combustion condition of the furnace by inserting the 37m furnace wall on the left and right sides of the boiler.Taking 2600MW supercritical W type flame boiler industrial TV of Zhenxiong Power Plant as the research object,this paper explores the problem of poor monitoring effect,summarizes effective maintenance experience and puts forward the commissioning technical experience of flame industrial TV of thermal power plant.
