新形势下党的群团工作面临新挑战、迎来新机遇。在机遇和挑战并存的背景下,党员干部要充分发挥思想引领和榜样带头作用,以提升群团工作水平、创新群团工作方法为契机,进一步发挥群团组织在密切联系广大职工,倾听职工利益诉求、解决职工工作困难、维护职工身心健康等方面的多重价值,发挥好桥梁和纽带作用。从明确群团组织功能定位、夯实基层组织队伍建设、强化和改进党委领导等方面,提出了以增强群团组织先进行、群众性,提升以礼河发电厂全体职工向心力、凝聚力的几点建议。
