Ideological and political work is an effective way for state-owned enterprises to achieve scientific and harmonious development.With the innovation and development of Internet technology and media technology,under the new situation of media integration,we should grasp unprecedented opportunities and challenges and constantly adjust and innovate the content and form of Ideological and political work in enterprises so as to make it more contemporary,targeted,more effective to unite people,improve efficiency and promote the harmonious development of enterprises.This paper analyses and studies the innovation of overseas ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises under the new media situation through the beneficial attempt of Sinohydro Engineering Bureau 14 in media integration innovation.
