摘要
进度控制是工程项目管理的三大目标之一。影响工程进度的因素很多,包括内部因素、外部因素,直接因素、间接因素,可控因素、不可控因素等。要实现有效的进度控制就必须对这些影响因素进行分析,采取不同的措施减少或避免不利影响的发生。境外项目相较于国内项目,在进度影响因素方面的不确定性进一步增加。
Schedule control is one of the three major objectives of project management.There are many factors affecting the project progress,including internal factors,external factors,direct factors,indirect factors,controllable factors and uncontrollable factors.To achieve effective schedule control,these factors must be analyzed and different measures taken to reduce or avoid adverse effects.Overseas project are more uncertain than domestic project in terms of progress influencing factors.
