The continuous expansion of overseas markets has put forward new requirements and subjects for party construction of overseas projects of state-owned enterprises.How to make the overseas party construction provide powerful political guarantee for state-owned enterprises to go out and effectively transform it into productivity is a difficult problem that must be faced and solved at present.Through the analysis of the significance,difficulties,particularity and exploratory practice of party construction carried out by overseas projects of state-owned enterprises,this paper gives some thoughts and suggestions on party construction overseas of state-owned enterprises.
