摘要
介绍在现代科技创新快速发展的大背景下,企业科技创新的重要性愈发凸显。而企业的科技创新归根结底是人才的科技创新,通过对建筑企业科技创新人才激励需求分析,发现科技创新人才激励机制存在的问题后提出要提高基本待遇,保证底层需求;加强激励引导,提升需求层次;培养创新文化,满足高层需求;最后建立激励机制,保持企业创新,从而实现企业和科技创新人才的双赢。
With the rapid development of modern science and technology innovation,enterprise science and technology innovation becomes more and more important.The scientific and technological innovation of enterprises is,in the final analysis,the technological innovation of talents.Through the analysis of incentive demand for scientific and technological innovation talents in construction enterprises,this paper finds out the problems of incentive mechanism for scientific and technological innovation talents.Then this paper proposes to improve basic treatment to ensure the underlying needs.At the same time,we should strengthen incentive guidance,improve the level of demand,cultivate innovative culture and meet the high-level needs.Finally,incentive mechanism should be established to maintain enterprise innovation so as to achieve win-win situation for enterprises and scientific and technological innovation talents.
