近些年社会的不断发展促进了建筑工程行业的进步,在建筑工程项目中预算管理具有重要意义,是整个工程项目造价控制中基础性的工作。建筑工程项目的预算准确性直接影响到整个工程项目的经济效益,同时也会对项目的质量产生影响,有必要在建筑施工企业的发展过程中强化对于工程预算的控制和管理,使建筑工程预算在建筑施工企业工程造价控制中的作用得到充分发挥。针对建筑工程预算在建筑施工企业工程造价控制中的作用进行研究,并提出强化工程造价控制管理的有效措施和方法,希望可以加速企业进步。

In recent years,the continuous development of society has promoted the progress of construction engineering industry.Budget management plays an important role in construction project and is the basic work in cost control of the whole project.Budget accuracy of construction project directly affects the economic benefit of the whole project and also affects the quality of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the control and management of project budget in the development of construction enterprises,so that the construction project budget can play a full role in the cost control of construction enterprises.In this paper,the function of construction project budget in cost control of construction enterprises is studied,and effective measures and methods to strengthen cost control management of construction projects are put forward.
