三酰甘油葡萄糖-体重指数与2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病的相关性分析

Association between triacylglycerol glucose-body mass index and type 2 diabetes mellitus with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

目的:探讨三酰甘油葡萄糖-体重指数(TyG-B MI)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的相关性。方法:选取2021年1月—12月苏州市独墅湖医院内分泌科住院的169例T2D M患者,按照腹部超声结果分为NAFLD组(n=104)和非NAFLD组(n=65)。采用Logistic回归分析TyG-BMI与NAFLD的相关性。结果:T2DM合并NAFLD占所有T2DM患者的61.53%。Logistic回归分析显示,TyG-BMI(OR=1.043,95%CI:1.028~1.058,P<0.05)与NAFLD的发生独立相关。TyG-BMI对T2DM合并NAFLD预测价值的ROC AUC为0.79(95%CI:0.718~0.862);以193.33为截断值获得最大约登指数0.485,预测NAFLD的敏感性及特异性分别为73.1%、75.4%。结论:TyG-BMI与T2DM合并NAFLD正相关,对T2DM合并NAFLD具有预测价值。

Objective To explore the relationship between triglyceride glucose-body mass index(TyG-BMI)and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 169 T2DM patients were selected,hospitalized in Department of Endocrinology,Suzhou Dushu Lake Hospital,from January 2021 to December 2021.According to abdominal ultrasound results,they were divided into NAFLD group(n=104)and non-NAFLD group(n=65).The correlation between TyGBMI and NAFLD was analyzed by binary logistic regression.Results T2DM combined with NAFLD accounted for 61.53%,TyGBMI was positively correlated with NAFLD in T2DM(OR=1.043,95%CI:1.028~1.058,P<0.05).Conclusion TyG-BMI is positively correlated with T2DM complicated with NAFLD,which has predictive value.
